Iris Charles

Iris Charles is a Liverpool-based textile studio founded by self-taught artist Kerry.

Spending time with Kerry and exploring her work, one thing became obvious: it already had a quiet warmth to it. Every piece felt thoughtfully made and crafted with real care. The brand needed to carry that same feeling, telling the story of quality even before a purchase.

Our process began with conversation. I asked Kerry where her idea started, how she came up with the name, and what influenced her textile pieces.

Those conversations uncovered what previous branding hadn't quite captured, which was the feeling she wanted people to experience when they came across Iris Charles.

From there, a bespoke logo and visual identity was developed to reflect both the quality of the craftsmanship and the personality behind it. The result is a brand that feels like Kerry, comforting and true to the work she creates.
