Clubpoint Website
When I was brought in to help with marketing for Clubpoint, I noticed the website wasn't quite reflecting what the product itself was capable of. As a SaaS product, the website needed to create confidence quickly. If the software looked innovative, the experience of discovering it needed to feel that way too.
John agreed, so we explored how the UI could be elevated through research into other SaaS brands and a closer look at how Clubpoint could communicate its functionality visually.
The aim wasn't simply to make the website look more polished. It needed to show people what Clubpoint actually felt like to use. I brought together community-led imagery with clips of the product, creating a digital world that could explain the software through both feeling and experience.
During the second test phase, 100% of the group preferred the new direction, and it was chosen to move into the first stage of launch.
For John, it meant having more confidence in both the website and the product it was introducing to the world, knowing the visual experience was finally supporting the ideas behind it.
